Skills development programmes

We can assist your organization to be able to claim mandatory grants from SETA's. Provided your company is registered for SDL and pays the annual 1% skills levy.

We can design and develop a Skills Development Programmes for your organization which can be be accredited by the relevant SETA.

The SDP can be trained within the organization to improve the level of training within the organization.

Lifetime Academy can also assist organizations to compile Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and the Annual Training Report (ATR) which can be submitted to the relevant SETA's.

Mandatory Grants are paid by SETA's to organizations registered for Skills Development Levy under the Skills Development Levy Act.

Mandatory Grants are calculated at 20% of the employer's 1% skills levy and paid to organizations that meet all SETA's requirements.
